Top or bottom? By the way, if you want the top image to look better, make the background 0F1C2B instead of 0D253E

EDIT: Or just delete the background altogether...

I don't like how you mirrored all the effects. I think it would look better with more random splatters instead of the same general shape. There's already a bit of variation to it, but still not enough in my opinion. There isn't much you can do about the person, unless you find another render of the same guy in a different position.. I don't know who it's suppose to be so I can't help you there. Either way it looks good except one more thing. On the right side, right next to the "X" in "GFX", there's a green, soft-brush glow type thing. I'm assuming you wanted it like the left side, where it boarders the B&W guy you have in there, but it doesn't.

If that's how it's suppose to be, fine, but it looks out of place, like it should be more to the right, boardering the guy's side.

    KIU!

OH, and about "wreckful", I would space out the letters so that it goes to the very edge of "GFX" on both sides. It will just look better, more professional

I would but for some reason linear dodge doesnt work well on transparent backgrounds?

    any workaround for that?

By setting the fill (located under opacity) to zero on the background layer I think? Give it a try and tell me if that works

You could also try duplicating the layer you want set to linear dodge, and fill the layer underneath with the background color, and leaving the rest transparent?

I tried the fill thing, doesnt work.

Try thinking over your second suggestion, because its suggesting what I'm already doing.... Why would I leave the rest transparent when i can just fill the whole background with the sythe background?

Because you have the sythe background color wrong for half the users. If you don't erase all parts not covered by the layer you want to be set to linear dodge, then it's going to be wrong for who ever is using the other sythe skin.

It was only a suggestion. Use it or don't, it's up to you

Like Kadaj said, I'm sure MANY people upgraded to the newer skin. The old one is pretty ugly.

But really, that's completely and utterly beside the point. The point is: You asked how to have both transparency AND linear dodge-- I told you how I know to do it.

    Use it or don't.
