Yes I'm aware. I tried using my VISA to purchase cs but the transaction is being declined, so I added funds into my paypal account to buy an account from one of you guys.

I hope you do realize, you can buy Steam games using Paypal. Either you are a complete and utter retard, and/or you are scamming.

 

Try purchasing the game as gift, it will work.
because when you purchase for yourself, steam detect it in its fraud system or w.e
so ya purchase it as gift and it will work!
