Wasn't from our side. You've seen every single update. Prove to me that any of the pictures show any sign of third party client.
You were updated hours of gameplay, and it's being shown as well instead of the original "date" screenshot.
But then again, I don't know what you do on your account, if you perhaps logged onto it multiple times.

Furthermore, why agree to a deal we offered you, if you were going to end up reporting? You may as well deny and create a report afterwards.

Depends on how you define "Jagex triggered us again". The way we defined it is that a false ban has occurred, for whatever reason. And that the account has been banned. So clearly "us" means the account, including you as the owner of the account. Commonsense actually.

Do you have any proof that I logged in without permission? You sent me daily updates, and only you/your worker was logged in to the account throughout the duration of 91-97 agility.

These were the exp rates from wiseoldman.net from the duration of the service that I paid you for, as you can see the majority are agility. Why would I log in to bot agility if I paid you to train it for me? Common sense imo

You did log onto the account, with our permission at own risk. That’s one of many reasons as to why your account potentially got the first ban.

I didn’t mention that you logged on without our permission, but by just that simple log on you did could of taken an affect onto the ban.

 

I logged into the account with your permission to do the birthday anniversary event and logged out shortly after which I mentioned.

 

Which is why you see the anniversary items in the inventory. Did you think I botted the anniversary event?

But I don't know why that bothers you, because every screenshot that we sent to you, had no plugins nor a sidebar with different type of stuff.
Clearly you're oversearching, and I have proof that it's for personal use and not any of my customers.

If it was so that I use these for customers, why didn't I take your ticket? Why do I have workers? I can just do everything myself then.

 

It adds suspicion that you’re in all those plug-in or “3rd party” discords. It also doesn’t mean that you’re using it for your customers. It also doesn’t change the fact that I got both the “bot busting” and “major macro” ban throughout the duration of the service. It doesn’t make sense for me to get my own account perm banned.
