Can u claim back a gift on PP?

can you claim back a gift on PP? if so then would claim/cancel be the only way not to get scammed?

 

no, and when they attach a note to it saying virtual goods or w/e makes it impossible

all payments ive recieved are gifts with a little note attached to make sure they cant take back.

 

Thats not exactly true. PayPal won't accept payments for virtual items, so having that in your note means PayPal won't help you out at all.

 

Western Union is the best suggestion over paypal I have.

 

PayPal is pretty terrible @ claimbacks. Because the majority of sythe is for virtual goods, no proof of transaction can be sent to them. So pretty much 99% of gift purchases can be reclaimed. You just need to trust people.
