You would have to be very insecure to believe that about yourself though. You see there can be other reasons than wanting to walk around outside..without a shirt on!

People don't want to sit outside without a shirt on and tan - nor do they have the time.


EDIT: Don't forget that in a lot of parts of the world, you cannot tan 3/4ths of the year.
