    Now, we all know the extreme amount of Leecher ranked scammers, spammers, posters of useless content hang out around Sythe.

    I suggest adding a section at the bottom of a Create New Thread page allowing the poster to edit which ranks will be aloud to post on their thread. All users would be able to view these threads, but would not be able to post on these threads without the proper rank.

    No, Leechers with 3 posts and even Leechers with TWC's have the write to post wherever they like. If you are hesitant at all with a trade then Use a middleman.
