I find usfine offers good prices for your accounts gold4rs never offers me good prices. The thing is that it may take a while for them to sell it. And remove your recoves b4 u sell it or it will take and extra 2 weeks to sell. Here is a good place as long as you use a Trusted MM or OMM.

Sythe is the most active / largest RS black market in the world.

You could try rsbot though.

 

This is not entirely true, in fact, I offered them a level 92 beserker pker with 45 defence, 30M, Fire cape, barrows gloves, torso, full void, etc and they only offered me $26 for it, I HIGHLY reccomend only using them as a last resort.
