    Specific Junk trading section

Some players want to acquire junk and other are trying to get rid of their junk, even others want to make money off of the junk trading system. a specific section devoted soley to junk trading would be awsome and very useful, please consider this (this is meant for the runescape section of course).

    1) Junk trading would be faster and easier.

    2) i hate scrolling through pages of threads in multiple different sections to find someone willing to buy my junk for cash.

    3) junk trading helps people gain vouches and can let the community know how capable a trader really is.

    4) would help clean up other sections (ex. gold buying, people often post junk buying services there that take up the space of real gold buying threads)

    5) Sythe is already awsome so why not make it even better?

    6) with all the buyers/sellers in the same location it could help stabalize prices and would increase competition leading to better prices for the consumers (including me).

    7) The word "Junk" is not searchable on this site so there is currently no way to group all the junk threads together. This would solve this and should be done anyway.

    some statistics:
there are currently (9:45pm on 6/29)
    - 6 threads from today so far on gold exchange selling
    - 6 threads so far today on gold exchange buying
    - 2 threads under other services
thats 14 threads from only 3/4 of a day, why can all of these be in the same place? note: these threads are all mixed up. the 6 under "selling" are not all selling junk, some are selling and some are buying bc this has nothing to do with selling gp so no-one knows where to post. same thing in the "buying" section. the "other services" were both buying threads (ex: Sal's junk buying service).

Thanks for reading, please post here to let everyone know how you feel about this.

I don't think this is a good idea. All the threads would be for buying. Unless you mean Buying/Selling Subforums?

He probably means this. Even if it was all grouped into "Junk Sales", what would be the problem? It'd still be much better than it is now, as atm you have to scroll through tons of GP sales to find a junk thread, and newer users often - as there is no clearly designated section - post their threads in the wrong parts.

    I support.

thats not true. i have seen threads for people selling junk. most would probably be for buying but what if you had 50mil junk to sell and couldnt find a good price. wouldnt you start a thread saying selling 50m junk for some good price? like everyone is buying for $.3/m but you want to sell for $.2/m so you create a thread for it
im sure there are other scenarios too. I REALLY HOPE THIS GETS APPROVED!

There is really not that huge of a demand for junk buying/selling, or at least not a high volume or extreme frequency. Adding another section for it would be excessive.

well if you compare it to other sections it would probably get an average amount of trafiic, i mean this section only gets like 4-5 new threads a day. i personally feel like junk trading would get atleast that much

item selling is gold selling in a form too though
and you could even say that acc selling is too
maybe even a money making guide is like selling gold
but they all have seperate sections?
just a suggestion, i know i would find it useful
maybe it could be a sub of gold exchange or item exchange

Bad idea in my opinion. I think there will be a low amount of people in there. So its useless.

    - 2 threads under other services

and you also cannot search the word "junk" so there is currently no way to group all junk threads together on this site. as a consalation prize if this does not get approved then you should atleast let us search the word, "junk"
