It has not done the quest for initiate because Prayer is garbage, in my opinion. Higher combat lvl = Speced out by D clawers with even an even higher str lvl than before. Also more fc'ers, ect. So no, it has not completed recruitment drivc. Yes this was botted.
EDIT: I have botted a decent number of accounts to 99 and none of the accounts were reported banned. I told the purchaser they would receive a partial refund if it was just a 14 day, or a full refund if it was a perm ban. No one ever told me their account got banned at all.
