As you will see in the picture, it is 1 experience point off level 99. I did this so that whoever purchases the account, can get it themselves whenever they please. The account is very rare, not many people have 99 Dungeoneering with no other 99's let alone on a level three with every other stat at 1. The account has 1M tokens which is enough to buy almost every item, it is a perfect starter account for any type, pure, main or skiller. The account has no bank value, no items or money at all.

The account was leveled by me, created by me, has never had any recovery questions or an email set and has 28 days of membership left (quite a bonus). Upon purchase you will receive all the information needed to recover the account, not that you will ever need to. I am opening to using a middleman for this trade. I will only go first if I deem you trustworthy.
