Wisdom Teeth Removal + After

I like working out myself, I DEFIANTLY advise you not to work out after the day of getting them, and I strongly advise taking the second day off.

And the third day if you must, do light workouts I don't suggest any bench presses or squats, because they do stain in your jaw, but you could work out your forearms and legs a bit.

But working out your biceps and triceps could strain your jaw if you work out intensely you could tear out your stitches witch would be a tragedy, then you would have to wait longer, and try avoiding crunches and ab workouts.

 

Removing your wisdom teeth doesn't even hurt LOL.
The 2nd day of my removal of wisdom teeth, i started to eat whatever I want but it healed in 2 weeks :\. They gave me pain medications but i never used it, but now I got some free pain medication! :O

 

You dont HAVE to work out. Thats like a fat person saying he HAS to eat that sandwhich. You just need to chill out and forget about working out for a couple days.

 

Just don't eat hard foods.

This girl I know got her's removed 11 days ago and is still being a huge vagine about it, we went to a river today and she wouldn't even get in cause she's "not allowed to do physical activity." All depends what you're feeling.

 

Yea, well thanks to everybody and I just came to say I'm back to normal since this Saturday, have been working out again, feel great.
