Account Lost Or Deleted?

Okay there i was playing my normal runescape account.
im level 115 with over 500m . and i was purchasing a pin.
then like 3 days later i couldn't logg in my account.

i noticed all my recovs were reset and no information seemed to work on getting it back
all my information was correct. I start to think that Maybe Jagex have deleted my account..
but on the other hand

Buying that pin from that guy maybe corrupted my account.

Can it be...

Anyone respond pls.

Pose as a parent, that is concerned about his/her son/daughters RS account.

 

i'm guessing the pin was reversed, you have negative credit now.
go buy a one month runescape card.

but before any of that, try to log into the "account information" section of account management.

Have you considered the fact you might be keylogged?

 

But how would i be keylogged. he did not have any of my information or anything.
and i did not give him my pass.

Logged, obviously. If all your shit was changed, then you're fucked. Good fight account, if you don't know any of the information to get it back.

 

I doubt it's deleted. Check the hi-scores.

 

yeah its in the high scores and my account has not been logged in at all my friend is checking to see if anyone loggs in. but ever since nobody logged in.

 

He probably logged in once, when your friend wasn't online, then set everything to offline. Hence why your friend never saw him log in.

Yes use Malware bytes or AVG both good products it could of been a Key logger

 

Lost or deleted? Somone recovered your account, and reset the recoveries.

Try to recover it man.

 

watch his xp on the highscores and youll know if someone is on him or not

 

If ur the original owner u shuld be able to recover it easy.

 

Jagex doesn't delete accounts. You were hacked and the hacker reset your information. (Set new recoveries/email/passwords) Your best option would be to keep trying to appeal system and if that doesn't work contact Jagex. [email protected]
