How to almost instantly get rid of a Headache.

Hello, and welcome to my guide. I will be writing on a topic that I very very interesting and also very very helpful. I mean headaches are a big pain in the neck, and who wouldn't want to get rid of them very quickly?​

Overview.​

The scientific term for headache is Cephalgia. Cephalgia is a term that refers to any pain in the head or neck region on the body. The Brain itself is not making the pain, since it has no Pain Receptors. The structures giving off the pain are the Receptors in the Cranium, such as Blood vessels, Cranial Nerves, etc.

How to: Get rid of a Headache almost instantly.​

Step 1. Drink 5-8 glasses of water. Water is a very important fluid that flourishes the body and helps processes get done.


Step 2. This is an option, and would help the process of getting rid of that nasty headache even faster. You can take any Painkiller you have or would like. (e.x. Advil, Ibuprofen, Morphine.)

Step 3. Now this is where your actually going to get rid of the Headache very quickly. This is the action you will do. Take your hand and put a finger on the bone under your eyebrow.

Step 4. Now, feel along that bone until you come across a groove or "dent" it should be fairly easy to find.

Step 5. Once you feel that groove take your finger and put pressure on it. It may hurt your bone, and your vision may blur for a second, but squint and it will take off some of the pain, if you are feeling any, which shouldn't even remotely hurt.

Step 6. Hold that for about 5-10 seconds or however long it takes. I promise you it should be less than a minute, always.


* The reason why I'm telling you this, and it works so efficiently is because as you are doing this, Endorphins are being released, which are even stronger than Morphine. These Endorphins are what reverse the Pain Receptors in your head, and therefore eliminate the pain.


*The reason it works so quickly is because the Endorphins are being released so close near your head, which is where the pain is coming from.​

With step 1, if you drink too much, you are lowering the sodium levels in your body, which could lead you to die from Hyponatremia, Intoxication of the brain, and it makes you drown, with the water you drank. Not saying this is bad, just saying that if you drink too much this is a possible consequence .

 

I was going to say that, but in most cases if something hurts or aches water doesn't help but adds to the pain, and anyone with a brain will just simply take an Aleve or Tylenol or something. To me this is just common sense...:noworry:

 

You honestly sound like a fool right now, you honestly have no idea how little 8 glasses of water is.

You can not get "Intoxicated" on water. It's impossible.

You can not "Drown" by drinking water. Impossible.

Nice guide, yes 8 glasses of water is the average recommended daily intake of water. No, 8 glasses won't kill you, but you can indeed become intoxicated by drinking too much water, and yes it can kill you. Not saying that 8 glasses of water would kill a person (obviously won't) but you can both become intoxicated from too much water intake and die from too much water intake.
