I prefer high skills (mining, fishing, summoning, runecrafting) over combat levels.
Account doesn't have to be rich as long as it has good stats (or vice versa).

How:
We will be using an MM (unless your trusted).
I prefer trusted free MM's or you will pay the fee.

You give your information to the MM (including ISP, creation date, membership details...).
The MM will take control over your PC using teamviewer, the MM will then make an password recovery on your computer with the details you gave him.
In the 'New password' selection the MM enters a password the seller doesn't know.
When the appeal is aproved, the MM checks the account (stats,cash, etc).
If its all good, I send you the money, if you want, the MM can check my skillers details to.
