This is a very old account, the only way to recover it would be if you can submit the following:

• A picture of your ID with your birthday/name matching the profile (include this post in the background of the picture)
• A picture of you next to your ID to verify authenticity.

I'm not posting any of this information of my birthday/name or an ID.

The account is unlocked currently, I have access to it just fine. No recovery is needed just the ban removed as it was pardoned and accepted.
