Can I send someone money with paypal using my bank account and NOT my credit card? If so How?

Yep, attach your bank account to your paypal, verify it. and if you have no funds in paypal and try send money, it'll automatically go through your bank account

 

So paypal wouldn't ask for me to use my CC first?
