@Expos Failed to follow his own ToS. He was caught to have a botter plain and clear here: d2jsp Forums - Invalid Action - d2jsp

If you look through the messages posted by my buddy Candy, you'll see the fishiness right away with how he talks about the cropped images, mobile only etc.

I now see that all the sudden in a measly few hours someone else now owns his server or he sold and knows its time to cash out because why would you just up and sell so fast.

 

Yes I can confirm that myself and Vickies Gold purchased Expos Services.

The Fact that @Expos sold his Discord mere HOURS after all of this to @Keith and @Vickies Gold makes this even more suspect than anything.

@Expos can be seen clearly in the Messages from Textbook saying after breaking his OWN TOS That he doesn't think he should have to Repay but knew that he had workers botting. Unbelievable.

 

He was offering to sell his discord and facebook group for around 2 weeks... I don't see anything suspect? I've only known him for a few weeks but he seems to be a good guy.

 

And expos told me him self that he is sure Izzy did not Bot, He seen a runelite plugin running in the background and did not like that so he banned Izzy... Izzy was never caught botting!

 

Look at the thread, lol. There's all the evidence you need to see that Scripts are running in the background. It's clear cut. @Expos offered hand trained services. His worker sent screen shots with scripts running. Furthermore you've known him for "few weeks" anyone can say anything....but with the amount if evidence, the amount of screen shots to prove what was done doesn't outweigh the fact that this could have happened way more and he will never disclose that.

This is a very shitty situation for all the customer and my self.

My discord services manager (Izzy) posted a picture logged on a Customer accounts and we could clearly see that a bot was being used in the background.
As soon as I was made aware of it, I timed out my discord manager from the discord and began investigating what happened. After talking to my discord manager I came to the conclusion that there was indeed a third party software running on the computer while he logged on a customer account. I banned my discord manager right away than I informed all customer who had an open ticket of what happened and offered to either give them a full refund or resume with their work. 18 Customer decided to resume work and 5 customer asked for full refund which I did refund. The customer that was directly impacted with this (Candyzcanes) was contacted and we settled on an arrangement.

While Izzy did in fact breach our Terms of services, I believe I did everything I possibly could to prevent that from happening and as soon as I was made aware of the fact that he had bots running I banned him and took immediate actions to try and make the situation right for the customer.

I don't have any evidence that he used said bot on any customer account and if anyone get their account banned as a result of that I will of course take the appropriate action.

As for @Keith and @Vickies buying Expos services, there has been talk for a good 2 weeks prior to what happened yesterday and it had nothing to do with what happened, they we're also both aware of what happened with the Discord manager and were fine with acquiring the discord. I'll still be around the discord for a few days to help felicitate the transfer but i will no longer be in charge of the discord or any of it's operation.
