can someone remove the white around this for me?

I can, if you send the raw file, otherwise its impossible unless you dont want it to move anymore.

 

Cartoon .gif's with alot of motion will pretty much always have that unless you animate it yourself.

 

It means going through every single layer, and cutting out the image. How much will you pay?

 

you'd have to go through every frame and change the background accordingly to sythes. if that's the purpose your using it for.. Also background is necessary to remove the white annoying bits.

 

You would have to manually cut all of that off of every frame. That would be a huge pain.

 

How much would someone want to have them do this for me?

 

Its pretty much impossible without the PSD file
