The account's name is "Sticks". I recently recovered it. It is a STATWIPED account, meaning it used to have all of it's stats at 1.
It is 7 cb.

Here is some proof that it was statwiped:

It should have 300 cooking exp after finishing cooks assistant, but it has 0.

 

Truly, honestly what it doesn't have in RS2 won't be in the RSC.

 

Not every account that appears on the statwiped list was statwiped. If you read the official update posted on the Jagex website in May 2002 it states:

Players that botted to extremes were the users whose stats were wiped to 1. 99% of the accounts on the statwipe list were banned. The wiped accounts suffered no consequence except for being given 1 everything. Before Runescape 2 was released Jagex did a massive unbanning on these accounts in which they came back with the default stats. (1000 HP xp). When the stats were carried over from RSC to RS2 accounts that had 10HP in RSC had 9HP in RS2. I hope I cleared this up. Having an account with impossible stats when done quests is still considered rare as there are a limited amount of accounts like this. You could probably get around $10.00 for this because it's other stats are poor.

1) There is proof of it being statwiped in the picture. This is my account from 2002. It used to have 1 hp.
2) 9 Hp accounts weren't unbanned, statwiped accounts. When RS2 came out, the starting hp level was 9.
3) The account would be a lot more than $10.. Rare name and statwiped.

 

1) If it's yours, why does the picture say "Recovered"? And no, it didn't.

2) If they weren't unbanned why are there so many 9HP accounts playing? The Rs2 starting level was 10. 1000 xp in RSC = 10HP, 1000 xp in RS2 = 9HP. The xp rates are different. You would know all this since its your account since 2002 right?

3) Sticks isn't a considered original because its plural and the stats are ruined on it, why did you screw up combat? It is your account since 2002, remember? Jagex ruined the price of most original usernames because they freed up names of accounts that were inactive.

 

Can I ask why do you use "$100 donator" as some kind of advantage or method to seem more trusted?

 

1) Because I recovered it? I had recovs set and everything, i found the info.

3) Im sure people would buy it, im not selling it as a 1hp account or anything. The combat is ruined because I didnt know it would be worth alot...

Is there any other rarity to the account outside of the fact that it has completed a quest giving 300 cooking exp and it is still level 1?

If not, I dont really think you will get much for the account unless someone purchases it based on the rarity of the name, which is decent. I would PC it at maybe $15.
