A few evaders - Unity, ReDiCato, etc

First, requesting an IP check between "Amanda." and "Yes Purple". It's probably nothing, but something has me slightly confused about them.

Current name: Unity (also Danski, inactive)
Banned name: Sayank
Note: I was informed that he was allowed to return by Pen since he disagreed with the ban reason; however, he should have been banned for self-vouching Sayank with Danski anyway. Do what you wish with him.

Current name: ReDiCato
Banned name: corky_!24
Note: He'll say it was only because his first account was hacked - but he's also had other accounts banned for scamming.

 

Amanda and Yes Purple do not match, but I've banned everyone else. Thanks!
