Based on the 5th term in the ToS, MyPvM may abstain from paying you if any bans happen to the account. Whether they are liable for that ban is not relevant, the 5th term from the agreed ToS transfers the risk of bans to you. And even if this was not the case, you did not present any evidence that the ban was caused by MyPvM.
