    Buying Pure Friendly Combat Exp/Money Making Spot
    I'm buying a spot that is pure friendly either making 600K/h and it's empty or a spot that can get me 60K exp/h combat stats.

    No druids, green drags, unicorns, ghouls, flesh crawlers, cockroach etc. This needs to be pure friendly, must be close/accessible to a bank.
