Banned for "Account Hacking" Help?

Okay well I've been banned 2 times now for:

Offence: Account Selling/Sharing Type: Ban
Offence Date: 24-Jun-2010 Offence Expiry: N/A
Service: RuneScape


One on my ags pure and another on my 10 hp skiller.

Okay so what the fuck? I've never shared this account and I am the original owner of the account what do I do for the appeal? If anybody could help I would GREATLY appreciate it. Thanks


By help I mean what should I put in the appeal >_<

 

Ok, Tbh I dont even know what Jijacking means but when they say this...

They mean it, So I doubt your appeal will be accepted.

But if you didnt "Hijack" Just explain that you doidnt do it and they can check the ip. Thats all I said when I got banned for botting.

 

I put in an appeal before for my ags pure it got denied so gg 150m, this time its on my 10hp skiller and I dont want to waste the chance >_< I think my IP is flagged because I used to run a skilling service and would log on to accounts via my IP

Nothing you can do about this. Unless you can convince them wasn't you who committed the offense.

 

I still dont even know what the offense is -.-; whats the e-mail that Jagex's uses to respond to these things? [email protected] or something?

 

Means you sat there and spammed that you were selling the account and somebody reported it. If it was somebody else tell the to check IP's

 

Nope it wasnt that S: I've had an account banned prior to this.

 

Try say something like, I dont know why ive been banned for hijacking, i do not hack nor do i share accounts, why would you accuse someone, and just straight off ban there accounts before even warning them, wouldnt you give them a chance, you dont actually know that theyve been sharing, whatnot. Could you please withdraw this ban, check my ips, if theres a change in them there a perfect explanation. I have never ever shared my account, or hijacked anyone else. Id like the ban to be withdrawn please. Thanks yours sincerely _________.

 

Hmm okay thanks, might try that after I e-mail them dont want to waste an appeal >_< whats jagex's e-mail?
