I don't know is this been suggested before, but it would really help website to prevent from scammers coming back.

So basically idea is that new registred users have to wait certain time untill they can post, because i am getting sick of seing people getting banned and coming back same day.

 

That's dumb legit people wouldn't be able to sign up and if it was a certain thing they wanted to buy it would be long gone before Than I myself signed up simply because I saw a certain runescape account I wanted to buy if I had waited 2 weeks it would have been too long and I probably would have discarded this site

 

simply put this will never happen.

 

Whats a week or "2" going to do? if a member is going to scam, they're going to scam. People scam all the time, doesn't really matter how long they've been a member of the community for. Most scammers that are a week old, are evaders anyway. It would make sense, to have new members read every sticky before even being allowed to post.

Do this, and you will be fine. If you ever feel uncomfortable with any trade, whether it is a leecher or guru, use MM or OMM to ensure you not to be scammed.

As i talked on msn, he just admited that he was banned before, and came back to scam more.

This is would't happen if there would be waiting limit.

I am sure there are VERY FEW people who sign up and buy it str8 away.

 

If you still don't agree with that, another suggestion, IP bann people.

 

I still don't agree because I came here and my first day I bought 2 accounts. If I would have had to wait I think hey would have been sold by then.

Ip banning people does not really do anything because people can easily use proxies.

You can't easily proxy sythe, i've tried just to see if it can be done. However it takes roughly 5 minutes to change your IP

 

Still, most of scammers are low IQ, 13 year olds, and they can't even spell. Doubt that they would change their ip so easily.

WILLING to confirm account in game once deal is worked out. That makes a guy look trusted.

Alright, that cool. Guy looks legit, and you want to trade him since he will be using MM as he says. You pm him, talk about price for 30 min or so, and after that he finally try so scam you, it's just complete waste of time.

And even if you look at picture it's fake, since he has 93 slayer in stats picture and 99 slayer cape in bank.
