Level 1 how?

Can anyone explain? I understand the 9hp part. That is because his account was classic and he never leveled it. But how is he level 1?

 

He got stat whipped in runescape classic for marcroing. Thus all of his stats are 1.

 

A Z T E C is correct, the person was macroing in RSC, and back then they got stat wiped. 10 hp = 1 hp = 1 combat

There already is another thread on this. And this person is walking around world 2, just to attention grab.

that account was stat wiped in rsc back then that was the penalty for botting.

Yeah I just tried the smuggle method (someone leaked it) and it worked. Too bad you can't get armor and weapons with it though. I'll pm you if I think about selling them.

 

Wow i've never seen anything like that before, I would've guessed JMod but you guys got it figured out.

 

There are several threads on '1 HPers' btw, and they were stat wiped in 02 May or 01 for macro.

 

Got stat wiped for BOTING, i would't be proud to walk around rs and be proud after botting .

 

The answer has been answered I'm fairly sure.
The current owner is most likely not the original owner, they all got recovered somehow.
