Post count does not matter?

To be honest, post count or vouches don't matter.
It's the sythe user himself who decides if he's trusted or not.

 

Just assume you are going to get scammed regardless and take extra precautions.

 

Dude on HF someone scammed me for 15$ with 3.5k posts, 350 Reputation etc.
For me it doesnt say anything anymore since I've been scammed.

 

At First i thought that myself and i also looked at the
Account created date
but that didn't matter i still got scammed around 200m..
there are a lot of people who would throw away a 2k post count acc to scam someone for rsgp or paypal money.
Why are so many people banned above?

Yes i suppose post count is helpful in a way as it shows people you have been trying hard the same with join date however vouches and experience by other players will override all this. Some of the worst scammers have loads of posts then go and scam. This is because people trust them .

A scammer will not say. Selling rs mills for $$$$ I am going to scam you.

A scammer will act as a legitimate buyer / seller for an obvious reason. A scammer will always say in a post he is legitimate but its god damn pixels.

 

I am new here and I would like to trade but I am holding back because I did just join and I don't have a lot of post. People have to get to know me first which I understand. When I do trade I will have a MM so I dont get scammed and so the other person feels better and doesnt have to worry about being scammed. We all have to start somewhere right. I just whishedi found this site sooner. Thanks google

Post count does matter, but you should look at vouches before you judge whether they are trusted or not by their post count.

 

Vouches < Post count < Join date.

To be honest post count and join date don't really much on here when trading.
