AirMax95 scammed me $410

Explanation of the trade:
AirMax95 agreed to perform split the trades up. I then send him half the money and he meets me up with his character and starts the trade screen but does not offer anything. Instead he messages me saying he's uncomfortable with splitting the trade up and asks me to send him the rest to do the full trade all at once. Otherwise he'll be okay with just selling me half. I opt to just take the half instead of sending him the full amount. He then says he forgot the gold in his bank. We then go in a back and forth for a bit of how he's uncomfortable with splitting and how I do not want to send the full amount.

He then offers me a refund to which I agree to. A couple minutes pass by and I receive no refund to which I message him and he says he clicked refund but fails to provide proof whereas I provide a pic of my paypal to prove I did not receive a refund.
