TRADE WITH CAUTION WITH THIS GUY. Kcats refuses to allow an Omm recover the information on the account to verify it's the correct information. Kcat's also demands for the 'buyer' to go first, even though he has no vouches to date.

I was in the conversation with Smoke; Kcat did not want an OMM to recover the account to make sure the information given was correct. Seems a little fishy to me. I'm basically saying all of what Smokedout already said but, it's just some more proof. I can also provide screenies if it is needed.
