I’m requesting that Pepsi pay the $50 to the community repayment fund instead of my wallet. Or he can send it to me and I’ll send it there.

Never scammed her simply misunderstanding lol Screenshot - a762feebecdf0e05c1e8561dad2cca5b - Gyazo you can see here i never thought she will unblock me witch is a satirical (Joke) and i didn't think this was a serious block as the reason of it was misunderstanding of accusing me of being homophobic witch i'm not i just don't love them but i respect them at humans at end of the day and explained all the issue on imessage to her and she did unblock me according to this miss understanding and if she really unblocked me for the money not for the misunderstanding and judging me : here she say's she doesn't want to unblock me and be in contact with me of the fake accusations.

the pic's above show that she said she doesn't want the money and she doesn't want to unblock me cause of her fake accusations and that message was sent after offering witch mean's she did unblock me for the fake accusations thing and after i proved to her the full story and it's the fault of some people in sythe insulting my disability she did unblock me .

There is enough to suggest that there is an agreement between the two of you. Based on this screenshot, @itank pepsi should have paid her immediately ("rn"). Meaning within reasonable time from that moment.
@ChellBell fulfilled her end of the deal, you didnt fulfill yours, so Chelsea has a claim of 50$ on you. Given that you should have paid her already, it is an open debt. Generally this would warrant a DNT untill resolved, but I don't find that necessary in this situation.

And yes, Sythe does take on general non-performing of contractual obligations claims.
