This is very legal, and most people love it.

Advice though. Add pics of your runescape account with the username painted over. And make your skilling thread more decorative (I.E. make the skills have their own color, put in what levels you will train for what amount, 50-80 $10 etc.) If you are using bots post a pic of the auths, if it is a free bot tell what bot it is. People want this for reassurance.
