I honestly don't fail capes, now and again when i'm dicking around on my own accounts and multi tasking I forgot to put mage prayer back on, but NEVER for customers. Since I started my business over 4 years ago (and you can check this) there are 1, maybe 2 capes that I failed (out of hundreds). I paid for supplies and got them the cape regardless, so it was basically free exp.
