    Disputing a recovered acc?

So.. A seller recently recovered an account I bought.
Called paypal up, and got some chick sayin I cant dispute when purchasing virtual/nonphysical goods.

So.. I thought I'd contact them thru "Contact us" and dispute, so I cant dispute it cause its a virtual goods- so now I need something I can dispute.. But Idk if I should say that he never sent me the "physical item"

I don't think they'll believe it was a physical item if you sent as gift. If you sent as goods, he'll need to provide proof of sending the item or you'll get your money back
