Explanation of the trade: Sent him BTC and he said he will @ me when the BTC is confirmed, he never did @ me.

How they scammed: Terrible business practice, treats customers like dogs, let's me beg for my GP.

Happy to provide full chat log if requested. Conveniently 'Penguinnn' has cut the photo to show my response to his earlier rudeness.

He was very rude so I told him he can wait 5 minutes as he was not the only customer I was dealing with.

Also the customer is still yet to collect the gold even though I have messaged several times. Happy to refund the BTC or deliver the gold.

No messages were deleted and I'm sure IF I said anything of that nature Penguinnn would of screenshotted it in the first place. Was a nice try though brothermen.



He finally replied on the ticket and I have issued a full refund.
