How strict is Jagex on gold buyers now? What transfer methods are safest?

Hey, haven't done any RWT since back in the day. How frequently does Jagex come down on people for RWT these days and how are the transfers done?

 

I just buy gp, via trade, 100-500m at times, never had any issues. Accounts a year old

 

I just caught a 3 day ban this week for RWT. I didn’t notice but 1.5 weeks ago they sent me a warning lol. Glad I’m not perma banned but pissed I can’t RWT on the account anymore. Was only amounts of 20-40m about 3-5 times.

 

They flag buyers now, give them an intial warning on first offence and after that give 3 day bans ---> permanent. Trades are still generally done normally, but people tend to buy from high level accounts to avoid being flagged.

Don't have data to support this or anything but with their new stance & both duel arenas gone in rs3/osrs I think the RWT golden time is over. Still exists, but declining.

 

just fake a risk fight and make the seller die to u in pvp/wilderness (with realistic gear food etc)
