Toolbar Fund.

Basically, everytime this toolbar is downloaded/installed, the fund grows by 20-50 cents, the gap is dependant on the PPI for that day (will explain later).

Currently, there's a 30 day rewards period, when this reward period has expired, each download/installation is only worth a few cents.

Only takes a minute or so to download and install, so why not do Sythe a favour and give something back.

Lets see if we can manage 250$ before the reward period has expired.

When the 30 day reward period is up, all money will be sent to Spyike, if that's ok with him, via PP and he can do whatever he does. Sends it to Matthew?
