Connection 5b osrs scam

Explanation of the trade: It would be 2b osrsgp for .30/M, which later went to 5b for a little bit cheaper.
How they scammed: I purchased the first 2b using Paypal, then he said the gp amount was set in hold by the Paypal services for it being a large amount at once. Then he told me he would refund it, but it would take a long time. Shortly afterwards he said if I pay another 570 usd for 1b using Skrill, we wouldn't have to wait on the money being able to get refunded. I accepted and send him the money. Then he logged into his account to meet at ge where he was supposed to meet me, and then said his account got dced and taken down for suspicious action. He showed me proof of a screenshot, but that was probably a pre made one. He told me he would recover the account so he can retry it. He recovered the account with succession and then told me that I should log in the account, since it would be a different IP and it wont get auto'd again. The account had 7b in platinum tokens on there though, and he wanted a collat before me logging in equal to the 2b extra. I found it very strange and decided not to agree to it. I asked for a refund, he agreed. Then I send him my refund name. Then he blocked me on Discord, leaving me scammed with 5b osrs. I can show all transactions and discord chat screenshots.
