Post count does not matter?

I have to agree. I just joined sythe but I am a moderator on another large runescape black market community. My post count is low on here but it means nothing. Good topic by the way

 

If that is true why do you need to be on Sythe?

 

Just because he is a mod elsewhere doesn't mean he can't use Sythe.

 

Still seems unnecessary, and its not really something that should make people trust you as they have no idea how honest the people running said forum are.

I totally agree with that. That's like saying "I owned a forum and everyone trusted me...but there were 3 members." and having everyone on a huge community like this one trusting you? I don't think so.

 

Meh I disagree. I look more at the join date than post count, but it's a combination of the two that gets you trust.

Well, moderators usually scam a high amount of money.

 

I have always felt that post count should be based off quality, not quantity.

If I user constantly says, "Add my MSN" on a bunch of different threads, they are really not putting any effort into their post count.

You can learn a lot from reviewing someones posts as well as following the vouches someone has earned to see where they lead.

 

Post count does not mean you are trusted I Would Say Even If they have high postcount you should use a mm .

 

We have a natural tendency to judge, its just our nature. Of course it matters, but should it?

Look at the wow section, barely any scams and tons of the trades are done leecher with leecher. Its just that there community is more mature, and they have so many less scammers, frankly the opposite of the Runescape community..

Because it's a good topic to be discussed about, doesn't matter whether he's banned or not.

 

There needs to just be a sticky that says "Post count means nothing"
