How did you get in touch with the general manager? I keep ending up with some indian guy that talks way to fast for me to understand what the fella is saying >_<

Wont they ask for proof? For example.. what did you service him with? Where can they find the advertisment of your service? Cause.. Just calling them and say "he disputed the payment even tho I completed the deal" isnt enough, is it? :p

They never asked me for proof. All I did was explain that he disputed a transaction with me for a service which has been paid for. I got interrupted and he said "I fully understand, I can see this is fraud on his side". Just state you where dealing with a virtual service as in web hosting and so forth. If they ask for websites, just say you don't have one and your self employed. I got in touch with the general manager by saying "I have a disputed transaction which has been automatically reversed without my permission" she told me some things that I could not understand as she spoke too fast and she told me that she would direct me to the general manager.

If you offered a service here on Sythe and somebody is trying to take back the money (or if you sold an account and this happened, etc) do not respond to the dispute. Instead, call PayPal up and explain to them you offer web services which has been provided to the end-user and he is disputing the transaction. They will direct you to a professional.
