If you're talking about the word 'practise' then it's not spelled wrong. It's called 'British English' and thats the language Jagex bases all of its words on. (ex. armour)

 

I think it may have been on purpose for foreign people who are learning the language

The so called mistake is "practise" instead of practice,but thats not a mistake at all its just "british english"

Anyway, I bet they'll change this to 'practice' just like they renamed defence to defense as the majority of runescape players are from the United States and speak American English.
