Possible to recover an old account

Hey, I would like to see if its possible to recover an old account I registered back in 05. I have no clue what the password or email is, the user name is shane_wilkerson. Im pretty sure I used a fake email to register it, because I was 12 when I registered the account. I can prove that my real name is shane wilkerson, drivers lisence, school Id etc.. I can also tell you what isp I used to register the account. Its no big deal if this is not allowed anymore, I just thnk it would be cool to have my 05 account back ^_^ . If this is not allowed anymore, sorry for the spam. I was unaware.
