Should Street Gambling be Illegal?

Its kinda hard to tell people what you should and shouldnt do with your own money if you want to waste it on some petty gambling thats your loss no need to make it illegal.

I've personally been gambling since a young age starting from primary school till the end of secondary I been hustling. It's got its benefits, either way if your are being cheated your the won dumb enough to participate in something you clearly know nothing about.

Gambling as a whole has its benefits and drawbacks. Street gambling should be legal.

I think it should be illegal. Gambling can be addicting, and can affect the family of the gambler when they gamble away the money they need for food, or gamble away the house payment/rent. Imagine it's your mom/dad that is addicted to gambling, and they decide to gamble away the money you desperately needed, I'm sure you would want it to be illegal then. Although, I do agree there isn't much that you could do to enforce it.

Cigarettes are legal because the Government make a shit load of money from them I'm fairly sure.

OT: I believe you should do what you want with your own money and you should deserve to suffer the consequences if you stuff up.

Especially considering this is mostly practiced in poor areas..
