How to get rid of a headache!

This method uses pressure points to get rid of it.
Basically, there are pressure points in your body that are natural anesthetics.

There is a part of your hand that makes headaches go away. It is right where your index finger and thumb meet.



Hold your right hand up, and make an "OK" sign with your left hand. Now, take your left thumb and put it on the spot on the back of your hand. Put your index finger on the spot on your palm. You should feel 2 bones in a V shape. Apply some pressure right on the inside of it, on the muscle. If there is some pain when you do this, you have the right spot.



Now, hold that position and while you are pressing down on it, move your fingers in a circular, clockwise motion.

That should get rid of your headache for a couple of minutes.

Tips:
Moving your hands in a counter clockwise motion will make it not as effective.
Make sure you don't press down on it too hard, or else it will hurt. After all, it is a pressure point.

 

I will surely try this when im baby-sitting and the kids get too loud and i need to take some Advil,thanks.

 

simplistic guide, however I didn't really get what you meant by making an OK sign in your left hand. Perhaps you could add some IRL pictures of yourself to improve, or some online ones, Good use of colours as well. Not bad start at all.

I still think aspirin works much better

This works instantly, and aspirin takes around 30 minutes to work.

 

havent tried it yet but if it works damn lol that would be sick
