Good XP Training Monsters?

What are some good monsters to train on

I have been training on Chaos Druids but I am only getting 10.9k attack/strength xp per hour

What are better than chaos druids

I am
-CB Lvl: 53
-Attack: 49
-Strength: 59
-Defence: 1
-Prayer: 43
-Range: 50
-Mage: 48
-HP: 54

What are some good monsters I can train on?

 

Al-Kharid warriors? They drop grimy herbs, you can make a lot of money, and get good XP!

 

Rock crabs, experiments, maybe ghouls

 

You aren't going to get much more then 11k exp/hr in any case, just keep training your str.

ahlkarid warriors or rock crabs.. or you could try like minitours in security dungeon.. but not much you can do atm keep training and stick at it

 

Your best option are rock crabs.. headover there with an invet of some trout and a couple of Strength/Super Strength potion to maximize your Xp/Hr.

 

Rock crabs are probably the best, but with your stats you will probably only get about 20k/h there. So if i were you i would stay with the chaos druids a bit longer, as they are a good source of cash
