question about file pins

This person is selling pin right now and he said he can file pins back and the person who scam him will get his account band. I just want to know that there is such thing called file pin and how to do it? Can someone teach me and i will thank you a lot. No spamming on this thread, this is help me find the answer not spamming. Mod if this thread is in the wrong place, just shift to a place that should be there.

 

He rings up the credit card company and tells them he didn't make payment so they cancel the pin and since jagex loose the money they ban the account.

I've heard and seen that people can contact Surfpin and claim it as an unauthorised transaction, thus reversing the charge and making your account gain negative credit.

 

ok i understand now but i got one thing i don' understand that why people buy $10 ++ pin from jagex and sell it hear for lower than the price that they buy? What is the profit then.

 

and another thing i forgot to say, how to contact surfpin and say this is an unauthorised transaction because surfpin office is not in my country.

I am from singapore, now a lot of my friends playing runescape now and just help them get cheaper membership. If they betray me, at least i know what to do. Beside stealing, how skele_master got his pin?

No, the only way you can file the PIN back is if you bought it with your credit card, you would call up your credit card company and have them reverse the payment.
