Yes, just google virtual bank account, if you look instead of just relying on other people then you can find one.

The thing is that i tried googling and couldnt find onethey always asking for ssn

 

When opening a bank account you'll always need to provide a SSN for tax purposes.

 

Netspend.com Doesnt ask for it and it was a grat way to verify my paypal account.

 

Netspend isn't technically a bank, its a reloadable card. All banks have a routing number associated with them that says what bank it is. This number is used for direct deposits and writing checks which is pretty much how Paypal will use your bank account.

 

So what should i google to find a site similar to netspend?
