XT2MAD scams.

First and foremost, we agreed on a 50/50 deal that is he will send me $2.50 first and then i will give him the account information(in a notepad) after that he will send me the remaining $2.50. He claims that he has 23 vouches and a 50$ donator here in Sythe and yet he still scams 5$. What the hell?
