Which browser do you use? Firefox? And since when did this problem start? Did you change any settings before this?

I think I found the problem... Click on Tools > Internet Options and untick 'Delete browsing history on exit'. I think it's been ticked on default.

Try what Skiller said. It's been ages since I've used IE. If I were you, I'd just upgrade to Google Chrome or Firefox. IE has some security loopholes anyway.

I usually have firefox, but the last computer i had it on was horrible (the computer,) and it made me lag more. I run 3 bots constantly and browse the internet while playing an online radio, i'm playing with the cpu limits as it is, would firefox affect it that much?

You can either upgrade your hardware or run only two bots to see how it goes. If it still lags, then try closing unnecessary programs. Does your CPU usage rise to 100%? What are your specifications?

The specs aren't bad. It's definitely because of the bots then. Use less tabs when browsing.

Use Firefox and tell me how it goes.
