can any one explain the ghaarak rc method?

i have been doing rc for a little bit. im at 61 rc.
i have a 130 main
and i want to know what this method is that i keep hearing about.
i hear it makes a ton a gp.

can anyone explain?

 

If im correct:

The spirit graahk summoning monster teleports you to the nature altar, what people do it use that to teleport there, use ring of dueling for fast bank at cwars, and repeat.
