    Sorry I don't know what you mean by pay-off? All payment methods are PP/WU or MAIL.

    Answer to that is No, because it is too risky saying someone knows my recoveries on a maxed account, it raises a red flag and can take ages to unlock.

    However you will be provided with all the details to the account when you buy it.
