Lose Weight?

    Lose Weight?

    I used to work out like crazy, but lately I haven't really been.
    When I used to work out all the time, I'd make sure to eat kinda alot also.
    But I was just wondering.
    If I slow down eating, and only eat a little bit all day but, only work out a little, will I still lose weight?

    I love working out (bench 405, squat 555), ask ym bro =].

    I suggest eating a ton, then going to run, do sit ups, hit a gym with a weight set.

    You will heav a bunch, which is sometimes healthy for you, just do not go belemic.

    Running and sit ups are best IMO.

    WHoever said diet and exercise lies. I tried that and it made me sicker than anything.

    Yeah that's what I've been doing lately, preping up for the summer again. Just eat smart, and go shoot hoops or go for a jog once a day. I did that for about a month and lost nearly 20 pounds.

    What exercises should I do, and what should I eat?

    Loose a little weight? eat however, and go for a jog/run for about an hour.

    You don't need to do much, tbh. Just watch what you eat, and go for a jog daily. No exercises really needed.

    It's never healthy to starve yourself. You can however reduce the amount of food you eat, just don't overdo it. I recommend cutting down your portions to a healthy level and exercising.

    By your theory you will lose weight but like I said it's not healthy.

    If you eat less calories then you burn you will lose weight
    However the more muscle mass you have the more calories you burn

    No starvin myself but i used to eat alot.
    But lately its been like a bowl a cereal in the morning, then like at 7-8 PM a sandwich then a little snack later.
    Is that ok?

    Well supposedly your supposed to have five small meals a day, your current meal schedule doesn't sound bad but you should probably fit another meal in between those times.

    Yeah. Try to cut down snacking, and only keep to specific meal times. Just watch what you eat basically, and go for a run daily.. Doesn't even need to be for too long.

    It's a combination of burning calories and watching what you eat that will help you lose weight safely, not extremes of either. Pretty much what everyone else has said.

    Wow that is all you eat a day? Ya jogging like an hour a day would definitely loose you weight. No need to change eating habits.

    I mean, every once in a while ill have a sandwich around noon but its summer and im never home. So I barley eat lmao

    You can eat loads every day but if your metabolism is fast, you won't gain weight.

    I lost over 40lbs by just dieting. If you intake under 1400 calories a day, you can lose about a pound a week without exercising.

    So if I take in less that 1400 calories, and exercise. We're lookin at 3-4 Pounds a week? :D
